1차 유효성 평가 변수인 섭취 12주 후 VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)의 섭취전후 변화의 정도는 정규성 만족 여부에 따라 Paired t-test 또는 Wilcoxon signed rank test를 이용하여 분석하였고, 각 시점에서의 군간 변화의 정도는 ANCOVA와 정규성 만족 여부에 따라 Two sample t-test 또는 ilcoxon rank sum test를 이용하여 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는지 평가하였다.

인체적용시험대상자 및 시험자에 의한 개선도 평가는 정규성 만족 여부에 따라 Two sample t-test 또는 Wilcoxon rank sum test를 이용하여 분석하였다.

The changes in the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores before and after 12 weeks of intake were analyzed as the primary efficacy evaluation parameters using a paired t-test or a Wilcoxon signed rank test depending on whether normality was satisfied. To compare the changes between the two groups, it was determined whether there was a statistically significant difference based on a two-sample t-test or Wilcoxon rank sum test based on ANCOVA and whether normality was satisfied. 

The degree of improvement evaluated by the subjects and investigators was analyzed using a two-sample t-test or a Wilcoxon rank sum test depending on whether normality was satisfied.
