2. 설치환경 검사(외관 검사)  

2.1 환기시설 확인

 □ 폭발성 가스 축척 방지를 위해 환기 시설을 갖출 것

  - 이차전지 시설장소에 환기장치가 시설되어 있는지 확인한다.

 □ 관련규정 : 전기설비기술의 판단기준 제295조

  ※ 제 295조(전기저장장치 일반 요건) 

   ①이차전지를 이용한 전기저장장치는 다음 각 호에따라 시설하여야 한다.

   ②이차전지를 시설하는 장소는 폭발성 가스의 축적을 방지하기 위한 환기시설을 갖추고 적정한 온도와 습도를 유지할 것.

  ※ 판단기준 개정(안) : 제작사에서 제공하는 이차전지 규격에 의해 폭발성 및 유독성 가스의 축적이 발생하지 않는 경우에는 환기시설을 생략할 수 있다. / 2019년 개정 예정 

2. Inspection of Installation Environment (Visual Inspection)

2.1 Check the Ventilation Facility

 □ There should be ventilation facilities to prevent a buildup of explosive gases.

  - Check if ventilation equipment has been installed in the secondary battery facility.

 □ Relevant Provisions: Article 295 of the Judgment Criteria of the Technical Standards for Electricity Systems

 ※ Article 295 (General Requirements of Energy Storage Systems) 

   ① An energy storage system using a secondary battery shall be installed in accordance with the following:

   ②A place where a secondary battery is installed shall be equipped with a ventilation facility to prevent the accumulation of explosive gases, and appropriate temperature and humidity levels shall be made.

 ※ Revision of judgment criteria (proposed): If explosive and toxic gases do not accumulate according to the secondary battery standards provided by the manufacturer, then there is no need to install a ventilation facility. / Set to be revised in 2019.

2.2 Check Temperature and Humidity

 □ Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels.
