Upon an offer from the first party, the second party accepted the offer for the job indicated in this contract to which he/she confirmed his/her ability and competence to perform it at the level required by the first party and committed himself to undertake all the obligations mentioned in the contract, after the preliminary interview for the offered job, and after taking the necessary medical checkup to prove his/ her medical fitness.  

The two parties agreed on and accepted the following terms of the contract. Labor Law of the Republic of Korea in force in any given time will be applied unless otherwise stipulated in this contract.

The matters regulated in this contract are an extension of the previous contract. However, for conflicting or overlapping matters, the terms and conditions in this contract shall be prior to the ones in the previous contract. The matters regulated against Korean labor law in the previous contract shall be void.

بناء على عرض من الطرف الأول، قبل الطرف الثاني عرض الوظيفة المشار إليها في هذا العقد والذي أكد قدرته (ها) وكفاءته (ها) على أدائه (ها) المهام والواجبات بالمستوى الذي يطلبه الطرف الأول والتزامه (ها) بالقيام بكافة الالتزامات المنصوص عليها في العقد بعد المقابلة الأولية للوظيفة المعروضة وبعد إجراء الفحص الطبي اللازم لإثبات لياقته الطبية.

وافق الطرفان على شروط العقد التالية وقبلها. سيتم تطبيق قانون العمل لجمهورية كوريا الساري في أي وقت ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك في هذا العقد.

الأمور التي ينظمها هذا العقد هي امتداد للعقد السابق. ومع ذلك، بالنسبة للأمور المتضاربة أو المتداخلة، يجب أن تكون الشروط والأحكام الواردة في هذا العقد سابقة لتلك الواردة في العقد السابق. تكون الأمور المخالفة لقانون العمل الكوري في العقد السابق باطلة.
