철근은 KSD 3502 규정에 합격한 이형봉강 SD 40을 사용한다. 

     1) 배근

① 철근은 바른 위치에 배근하고, 콘크리트를 칠 때 움직이지 않도록 충분히 견고하게

           결속하도록 하며 필요한 경우 조립철근을 사용한다.

     2) 보관

① 철근은 규격별로 보관하고 표지판등을 설치하여 식별이 용이하도록 하여야 한다.

② 지면을 평탄하게 정지한 후 주위에 배수로를 두며 비닐지등을 깔고 각목 등으로 받쳐

  지면으로부터 20Cm를 이격시킨다.

③ 우천에 대비하여 천막지 등으로 덮어 보관한다.

     3) 고임대 및 버팀대

철근 콘크리트의 피복두께 및 구조체 두께를 유지, 정밀 시공하기 위해 기성제품을 사용

하여야 한다.

① 버팀대, 고임대는 피복두께를 정확히 유지 할 수 있는 규격으로 선정 설치한다.

② 재질은 PVC 계열이거나 콘크리트 제품으로 한다.

Reinforcing Bar (Rebar) Placement

Rebars shall be placed in proper locations and be bound firmly to prevent displacement during concrete pouring. If necessary, assembly rebars shall be used.

Storage

Rebars shall be stored according to their specifications, and signs, etc. shall be set up so that they can easily be identified.

Ground leveling shall be performed, with a drainage system installed nearby. Covered by a vinyl material, etc. and supported by wooden bars, rebars shall be raised 20cm off the ground surface.

Rebars shall be covered with a tent-like material, etc. in case of rain.

Spacer and Separator

In order to maintain the thickness of the reinforced concrete and the thickness of the structure and to ensure precise construction, commercial-off-the-shelf spacers and separators shall be used.

Spacers and separators with sufficient specifications to ensure that the exact covering thickness will be maintained shall be selected and installed.

The material shall be PVC or concrete.
