공정계획 작성

(1) 개요

- 공정계획의 작성은 총괄공정표를 기본으로 하여 PERT나 CPM기법을 사용하여 관리 기준 공정표를 작성한다.

- 공정계획의 각 작업은 다음과 같다.

① 시공단위작업

② 장시간 걸리거나 시급을 요하는 기자재의 무게 / 조달업무

③ 외부조립을 요하는 특수자재나 장비

④ 기기 도입에 따른 교육 관련사항

⑤ 시운전, 시험 및 검수 관련 사항

⑥ 기타 공사수행 시 간섭되는 업무 등

(2) 작업 설정 방법

- 일정계획을 수행하는 기본요소인 Activity를 설정할 때는 각 기능이 단일화 되도록 해야 하며, 각 작업들이 단절되지 않도록 한다.

- 공사기간 산출 시 공사기간을 측정할 수 있도록 하며 산출근거를 토대로 산출해야 한다.

- 작업공정의 성격에 따라 날씨 등의 기후조건을 반영하여 관리한다.(천재지변은 고려하지 않음)

(3) 구매 / 조달계획

- 수급에 어려움이 있거나, 해외기자재 등 후속일정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 항목에 대하여 계획을 수정한다.

- 해외기자재와 같이 Long Lear Item에 대한 구매단계는 아래와 같다.

① 준비 및 승인 신청

② 검토 및 승인

③ 구매 오더

④ 제작 및 조립

(4) 공정계획 작성 시 유의사항

- 공정계획 작성 시 유의사항은 다음과 같다.

① 사용자가 쉽게 이해할 수 있어야 한다.

② 주 공정이 강조되어야 한다.

③ 공사의 진도 파악 등 관리가 용이해야 한다.

④ 하나의 작업은 반드시 하나의 공정에 종속되어야 한다.

⑤ 자원조달에 무리가 없어야 한다.

3) Preparation of Network Schedule
